“Before we started using Rachel, we had no idea of what we were doing. We were just booking adverts and radio time and not really making the most out of it, and not really closely monitoring our budget. Rachel now plans our advertising campaigns for the year ahead, books the best spots on the radio, works out when and what to place in the paper, and works with the paper and radio to get the best possible price. We gave her a budget which included her fee, and she monitors that and tells us if we need to cut back or if we can maybe afford to do a feature.
She will also do things like source the best price for signage and any promotional gear. We also handball all of the people to her who just want sponsorships, and she narrows down what we can get for that money etc. It is well worth listening to her presentation, and you are under no obligation whatsoever, but I know we have never looked back.”
